Defendant, Willie J. Gross, Jr., appeals his convictions of second degree murder and armed robbery. For the reasons that follow, we affirm defendant's convictions and sentences. We also deny his writ application that was consolidated with this appeal and his motions that were referred to the merits of this appeal.
