This is an appeal from the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC") finding the appellant, the Shaw Group, Inc., ("Shaw") liable for the injury and death of its former employee Brady Arceneaux,1 as well as for all benefits due under the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Act.2 For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
