Insured brought an action for damages against his insurance agency and insurer, for failure to procure increases in the coverage limits for his commercial property. After a trial on the merits, the trial court found in favor of the insured and awarded general and special damages against the insurance agency. For the following reasons, we affirm in part and amend in part.
