The plaintiffs allege injury from an automobile accident involving a defendant driver, who was intoxicated at the time. Although the jury awarded certain damages, it denied damages for loss of earning capacity, disability, and loss of consortium. The jury also denied exemplary damages, finding the defendant driver was not wanton or reckless in his conduct.
