The defendant, Justin Blake Harris, was charged by felony bill of information on three counts: (1) possession of flurazepam (a schedule IV controlled dangerous substance) in violation of La. R.S. 40:969(C); (2) possession of amphetamine (a schedule II controlled dangerous substance) in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(C); and (3) second offense possession of marijuana (a schedule I controlled dangerous substance) in violation of La. R.S. 40:966(E).
