In this case, petitioner, Thomas Goodin, an inmate in the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections ("DPSC"), filed a petition for judicial review pursuant to the Corrections Administrative Remedy Procedure ("CARP"), La. R.S. 15:1171, et seq., in the 19th Judicial District Court, seeking review of the denial of his appeals under Disciplinary Board Appeal Nos. WNC-2007-274, WNC-2007-275, WNC-2007-276, and WNC-2007-277.
