For the reasons set forth in the companion case in this consolidated matter, Tiffany N. Sanders v. Alexandria Civil Service Commission, et al., 11-539 (La. App. 3 Cir. 11/2/11), 79 So.3d 442, we reverse the judgments rendered on February 7, 2011 and February 14, 2011, and we remand these matters to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
