This appeal arises out of a judgment rendered in conjunction with a motion to compel discovery filed by the defendant, the City of Jennings (the City), ordering the plaintiff, Mary Lu Doucet Hardee (Hardee), to pay the City $750.00 in attorney fees. Hardee appeals, arguing that the workers' compensation judge (WCJ) erred in awarding attorney fees as part of its grant of the motion to compel.
