PER CURIAM.
At issue in this case is whether the court of appeal erred in finding there are genuine issues of material fact precluding summary judgment on plaintiff's invasion of privacy claim. For the reasons that follow, we conclude defendant is entitled to judgment as a matter of law, and therefore reverse the judgment of the court of appeal.
