Plaintiff, Marcus Steinfelds, appeals the judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC"), granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants, David Villarrubia and Degas House, L.L.C., and denying plaintiff's cross-motion for summary judgment, thereby dismissing plaintiff's workers' compensation claim with prejudice. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
