Willie Mae Taylor appeals a summary judgment that dismissed her workers' compensation claim. She also appeals an earlier judgment that sustained the compensation carrier's dilatory exception of vagueness. For the reasons expressed, we affirm the judgment insofar as it dismissed the claim for weekly indemnity benefits.
