PEATROSS, J.

Defendant, Vidalia Gant, was charged with one count of aggravated battery and, after a bench trial, was convicted as charged. The trial judge sentenced Defendant to four years at hard labor with credit for time served. Defendant now appeals. For the reasons stated herein, Defendant's conviction and sentence are affirmed.
