In this case, plaintiff seeks review of the trial court's judgment maintaining defendants' exceptions raising the objections of prescription and insufficiency of service and citation, granting defendants' motion to dismiss, and dismissing plaintiffs cause of action against defendants. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
