In this workers' compensation matter, Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG) appeals a judgment the workers' compensation judge (WCJ) rendered in favor of its employee, Joseph Simpson. Mr. Simpson answers the appeal seeking an award of attorney fees due to the handling of this appeal. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment but decline to award Mr. Simpson attorney fees on appeal.
