This is a workers' compensation dispute between American Interstate Insurance Company (AI) and The Gray Insurance Company (Gray), the insurers of Cellxion, Inc. (Cellxion). AI insured Cellxion until September 27, 2000, and Gray insured Cellxion thereafter. Cellxion's employee, Vickie Fuentes, suffered a shoulder injury in June 2000.
