This appeal arises out of a civil proceeding. The trial court rendered judgment sustaining an exception of prescription in favor of defendants/appellees Robert Monteforte, Monteforte's Roofing and Siding, and Bankers Insurance Company. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm.
