The defendant, Bobby Terrell, was convicted of one count of attempted second degree murder of Kerry Armstrong, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1(14:27), and was sentenced to ten years at hard labor with credit for time served. The defendant takes this timely appeal.
