This is defendant-appellant's (Kelly Riviere) (hereinafter "defendant") second appeal. Defendant was charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.3. She was tried by a jury and found guilty as charged on May 8, 2007. On May 30, 2007, defendant was sentenced to serve eight years at hard labor.
