In this medical malpractice suit, the Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund Oversight Board ("PCF") appeals a trial court judgment granting the defendant, Dr. Jonathan Taylor's, exception of prematurity and dismissing the plaintiffs' suit without prejudice. For the following reasons, we affirm.
