OPINION

Nina Colvin ("Colvin") and Nautilus Insurance Company ("Nautilus") separately appeal from the May 11, 2023 order of the Jefferson Circuit Court. We affirm the order in appeal No. 2023-CA-0611-MR, and reverse and remand it in appeal No. 2023-CA-0679-MR.
