OPINION

Martin Breedlove appeals from the trial court's orders granting summary judgment to State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm) and dismissing the suit against Gary Binion, a claims adjuster employed by State Farm. After a thorough review of the facts and the law, we affirm.
