STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Respondent, Dustin Lee Jarrell (Father), appeals the trial court's Order modifying the custody of his minor child, G.J., in favor of Appellee-Petitioner, Billie Jo Jarrell (Mother).

We affirm.
