After Bill McCausland's ("McCausland") employment terminated with Walter USA, Inc. ("Walter"), McCausland filed a complaint against Walter alleging that Walter failed to pay commission wages as required under the Wage Claims Statute, and failed to timely pay vacation, commission, and bonus wages under the Wage Payment Statute.
