Following a jury trial, defendant Bobby Bradley was found guilty of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. 720 ILCS 570/401(c)(2) (West 2006). He was sentenced to two concurrent 12-year terms of incarceration. As part of the evidence at trial and over the repeated foundation objections of the defense, the State introduced an audio recording of a drug transaction...
