Willhite, with one count each of possession with intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of any substance containing cocaine (720 ILCS 570/401(c)(2) (West 2008)) and possession with intent to deliver more than 10 grams but not more than 30 grams of cannabis (720 ILCS 550/5(c) (West 2008)).
