Following a plea of guilty, respondent, Westley A.F., Jr., was adjudicated delinquent as to the offense of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church, school, or park (720 ILCS 570/407(b)(2) (West 2006)) and sentenced to 12 months of probation.
