Plaintiff, Daniel Eckburg, individually and as special administrator of the estate of Kristi Eckburg, appeals the September 24, 2008, trial court order dismissing his complaint against defendant, Presbytery of Blackhawk of the Presbyterian Church (USA). Plaintiff's complaint pleaded negligence, wrongful death, and survival actions against defendant after a tragic motorcycle accident that occurred on August 11, 2007...
