The defendant, Micah Anderson, appeals from his conviction for the first degree murder of Kenji Robinson. A jury found the defendant accountable for the November 13, 2003, shooting death of Robinson. Judge James Linn sentenced the defendant to 24 years' imprisonment. The defendant argues that Judge Linn erred in denying his motion to quash his arrest and in allowing testimony that permitted the jury to draw the inference...
