This appeal arises out of a judicial foreclosure action brought by Karl L. Roesch and River Terrace Estates, Inc. (collectively, Roesch) against Daniel L. Klemann, Cornerstone Financial, Inc., and Shea Realtors, PLLC. Roesch obtained a foreclosure judgment and decree of sale against Klemann in the amount of $307,800.62. The judgment also provided that interest would accrue on the indebtedness through the date of the sheriff's sale at $82.92 per day...
