PER CURIAM.

Erik Jon Payne was charged with and pled guilty to first degree arson, I.C. § 18-802, for setting fire to the home of his elderly grandparents. The district court sentenced Payne to a unified term of seventeen years, with seven years determinate. Payne appeals, contending that the district court abused its discretion by imposing an excessive sentence.
