Guadalupe Gonzalez Lucio was charged with one count of lewd conduct with a child under sixteen and pursuant to a plea agreement, pled guilty to a reduced charge of sexual abuse of a minor, I.C. § 18-1506. The district court sentenced Lucio to a unified term of fifteen years, with ten years determinate.
