A mother appeals the permanency order placing A.T., with A.T.'s father. She also appeals an order pertaining to A.D. that denied her request for a permanency order placing A.D. with her. She argues the juvenile court erred in shifting the burden of proof to her to prove that the children should be returned to her care, and in finding the evidence warranted placing the children with their fathers.
