A Fulton County jury found Antoine Smith guilty of rape, OCGA § 16-6-1(a)(1), and aggravated child molestation, OCGA § 16-6-4(c). Smith appeals pursuant to an order granting an out-of-time appeal, contending that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions and that the trial court committed certain errors. For the following reasons, we affirm his rape conviction, but we reverse his aggravated child molestation conviction...
