The appellant, Darryl Ridgeway, appeals his judgment and sentence for one count of robbery with a deadly weapon, raising two issues on appeal, only one of which merits discussion. He argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal. We disagree and find that, in a light most favorable to the State, competent, substantial evidence supported all the elements of the charged offense...
