A property owner appeals a final judgment that determined the number of lots that could be assessed against him by the homeowners association. He argues the trial court erred in permitting the association to assess him for eight lots. The association cross-appeals a portion of the same judgment that determined it was not entitled to reimbursement of assessments paid to the larger development.
