In this mortgage foreclosure case, after finding Edward A. Wadsworth in default for failure to file an answer in response to JP Morgan Chase Bank's ("Chase Bank") complaint, the trial court granted summary judgment against Wadsworth, in favor of Chase Bank. Wadsworth now appeals the entry of default and the summary judgment order against him.
