M.B. appeals a final judgment entered in favor of S.P. and CDMG in her medical malpractice action.1 M.B. contends that the trial court erred by failing to allow her to introduce evidence that S.P. had repeatedly failed the board certification exam and by failing to disqualify itself and/or grant a mistrial after M.B. discovered that the trial judge wrote a derogatory note about M.B.
