The Florida Board of Bar Examiners (Board) has filed a "Report and Recommendation" regarding the application of B.U.U. (Applicant) for admission to The Florida Bar (the Bar). We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. The Board recommended that Applicant be conditionally admitted to the Bar subject to numerous terms and conditions. The Court, however, disapproves the Board's recommendation and finds that Applicant should not be conditionally admitted...
