Zephyr Haven Health & Rehab Center, Inc., and the other named appellants (all appellants are collectively referred to as "the Owners") challenge the trial court's order denying their motion to compel arbitration of Edna Hardin's claims against them. Because Hardin failed to establish that the arbitration agreement should not be enforced, we reverse.
