Escambia County Sheriff's deputies arrested Appellant, Jerry Lewis, at his home on December 24, 2006, for grand theft of a motor vehicle. The arrest arose from a complaint lodged by World Ford Pensacola ("World Ford"), an automobile dealership, alleging that Lewis failed to return a vehicle to the dealership as required by contract when financing fell through.
