Appellant, Victor Mena, appeals final orders of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, J.I.L. Construction Group Corporation ("J.I.L.") and Slorp Construction Company, Inc. ("Slorp"). The trial court determined that J.I.L. and Slorp were immune from Mena's tort action because worker's compensation was Mena's exclusive remedy. J.I.L. and Slorp and their carriers had previously denied Mena's claims for worker's compensation. We reverse...
