Donald Eugene McClune ["Former Husband"] appeals a non-final order in which the trial court found Former Husband to be in indirect civil contempt, awarded Rebecca Anne McClune ["Former Wife"] attorney's fees, and denied Former Husband's motion for clarification. The appeal arises out of a dispute between Former Husband and Former Wife over the meaning of certain provisions of their mediated settlement agreement ["MSA"], which was the basis for the consent...
