James Graham appeals his conviction and sentence for first degree murder with a firearm. He argues that the trial court erred in: (1) denying his motion for judgment of acquittal because the evidence was insufficient to support premeditation for first degree murder and to prove robbery as a predicate offense for felony murder, and (2) admitting a prior consistent statement of the state's main witness.
