Jessie Montgomery appeals his judgment and sentence for lewd or lascivious molestation in violation of section 800.04(5)(b), Florida Statutes (2008). The trial court sentenced Montgomery to twenty-five years in prison, followed by sex offender probation for the remainder of his life. See § 775.082(3)(a)(4)(a)(II), Fla. Stat. (2008).
