The sole issue framed for our review is whether the trial court erred in concluding that there existed an objectively reasonable basis to stop the vehicle in which Appellant was a passenger. Our disposition of this issue turns on whether police officers had "reasonable suspicion" to believe that the car contained a person who was the subject of outstanding arrest warrants, justifying the detention.
