Appellant, Scott Wynkoop, was charged by information with manslaughter by culpable negligence and vehicular homicide of his nine-year-old stepdaughter, Samantha Rosales, for events occurring on May 17, 2005. Following a jury trial, Wynkoop was convicted of both charges.
