Kevin Moreland challenges the trial court order striking his pro se motion to withdraw plea after sentencing, which he filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.170(l) and in which he alleged that his plea was involuntarily entered because he was provided ineffective assistance of counsel. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
