Kevin Nicholson appeals from his conviction and sentence for first-degree murder. He argues that the trial court erred when it allowed the state to present improper Williams1 rule testimony at his trial. Nicholson also argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal because the state's case consisted of circumstantial evidence which was insufficient to support the conviction.
