A jury convicted Nathan Stephens of possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, and loitering and prowling. He has appealed, seeking a new trial based on alleged prosecutorial misconduct in closing argument. He also contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the paraphernalia and the loitering convictions. We agree with Stephens's argument concerning the loitering and prowling charge, and we reverse that conviction. We affirm...
