Plaintiff Peter J. Gleason filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking redress for violations of the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution arising out of the alleged release of certain medical records maintained by the New York City Fire Department ("FDNY").
